Chicken Eggs:
The eggs that are layed are shared with friends and family, as well as provided as part of a fund raiser where I provide 12 dozen eggs per year (or approximately 1 doz/month) with the funds going to the United Way. As my flocks has grown and changed, the eggs that are produced vary also.

Throughout the year depending on lighting and weather conditions the quantity of eggs will vary, but with the current setup of ~30 chickens (2-3 roosters) , optimally I should be able to get 2 dozen eggs per day. I received an article that I thought I would share today too.
